Ignores numerous calls and messages relating to fixing defects in his contract.
Brian's company installed a complete HVAC system in my house renovation in 2018, including new furnace and HWT and all the ducting and exhausting systems.
A few weeks ago I began to smell gas in my mechanical room and called Enbridge to inspect that. The inspector found a gas leaking from the gas controller of the the HWT. He then shut off the gas supply valve leading to the HWT and required that the controller be replaced.
Since this was part of Brian's installations I called and texted Brian many times, informing him about this emergency situation and the fact that I have no hot water in the house.
Its been weeks since then and I never heard back from Brian.
Cant be less reliable than that.
