We hired SIE design, two contractors by the name of Sam and Bouchard, for a washroom, kitchen and back awning reno. They took half the money up front and requested the other half when they were about 3/4 of the job done (they claimed that they were running out of cash). They did not come back after receiving the additional cash and are trying to avoid our calls.
