Attic inspection and ventillation improvement
After discovering mould in our attic, I called Mr.Roof Repair to do an attic inspection and give us recommendations on preventing future mould growth after the mould remediation. We had used them in the past and were pleased, and once again they did not disappoint.
After inspecting the attic, Pietro and Dan gave recommendations for improving the ventilation, and we went ahead and scheduled the job.
Once the weather cooperated, they were able to do the work. Pietro and Dan were very professional and after the work was complete they took the time to explain everything and address our concerns. They also took many pictures and included it on the report so we could see everything that was done.
That evening, my husband noticed that one of the bathroom fans (which they had replaced previously) did not have good suction. I notified them and they came right back to address the problem. It was actually nothing to do with their work, but they fixed it anyway and also replaced the hose as a precautionary measure. It is good to know they care about their customers and are there for you even after you've paid your bill :)
