After having my roof redone - complete strip all wood, installation of soffits, vents, new gutters, etc. this past August, noticed what looked like condensation forming in inside the home, at the corners of ceiling and along the edges of the perimeter of the house. The attic previously was not very well ventilated, there were very few soffits and limited ventilation, so there was now more air circulation in the attic. Called the contractor who complete the work but they were not very helpful, just advised that the house was "too humid" and "turn the heat down". I've lived in the house the past 4+ years and had the temperature in the home the same. I've never had this occur condensation issue previously. I called Mr. Roof repair as I was concerned. They came on schedule and completed the inspection efficiently, they had one person complete an outside assessment and another complete an inspection of the attic. They provided a report outlining the state of the roof and attic - any deficiencies are noted and a quotation for repairs is also provided. I have to say I felt reassured that my roofing issue would be remedied after speaking with them.
