John came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He has exctensive knowledge of how houses schould be built and a keen eye (as well as his thermal camera) to spot when they are not!
John also had the integrity to say when he did not know and always knew where to find out.
I would recommend AA Elite Home Inspection to anyone.
