I wanted to take this opportunity and provide my review and gratitude to John for helping us with the inspection process and report. John was extremely responsive, he committed to a 3 hour inspection of a property we were going to puchase (>$1M) but ended up spending over 4 hours. The quality of the work was exceptional, and extremely detailed. He produced a 114 page report for us with evidence of things to be repaired, which helped us negotiate with the seller/builder and gain agreement on the defect fixing prior to signing off the condition.
