My wife and I purchased an entire kitchen and laundry team from these guys. The prices were great and they were very good when it came to prepurchase service. The nightmare started when we were to get our appliances delivered. We gave them nearly 6 months from purchase date to delivery date to have all of our appliances in stock and deliver to our new home. On first delivery attempt were delivered our washer and dryer and dishwasher. They did not have our OTR microwave, oven or refridgerator and we found this out from the delivery people. The store did not bother to let us know we would be spending our first few night unable to cook for ourselves or keep food in our home. I had to pay an installer for nothing. I called and a week later, they sent us a "loaner" fridge and stove. Great, right? Except they wouldn't give me a date on when our product would arrive. To make a long story short, we had to chase after them to be kept up to date. Salim, the delivery manager, and Sultan the store manager, made and broke many promises, misled to us about service and delivery attempts gave us nothing but excuses, and provided the worst customer service I have ever received! I cannot begin to tell you the amount of falsifications I caught them in telling me to buy them more time. In the end, it was only after I threatened to talk to the Ombudsman of Ontario that I was given a delivery date and a promise from Sultan that we would have been given a discount for the wasted time. Sultan assured me a cheque would be delivered with my fridge and stove. Over a month later, our product arrived, but no cheque. I tried to call Sultan at the store. I was never given to him and have never heard from him again. All in all, this was the worse buying experience I have ever had. These guys are great at taking your money. DO NOT expect any customer service from them if there is any type of issue. The prices were low, but it was not worth the headache. If you are thinking about buying from this low rate shop, I urge you to reconsider. I will certainly NEVER step foot in their doors or reccommend them to anyone!
