Chris from Mr Rooter came out to help us fix a plugged kitchen drain on one of the coldest nights of the year and he was absolutely stellar!! It took several hours as this drain was a mess..... we literally had the drain from "Hades" ..... we would definitely recommend Chris and Mr Rooter ....
Very professional, courteous and completely competent. We are hoping we will not have any more plugged drains to have to fix however, if we do....we definitely would not hesitate to call Mr Rooter. Thank you Chris for your persistent hard work.....very much appreciated!

The journeyman plumber, Mr. Scott Huber, was very professional and polite. He installed a new water heater, repaired toilet leak very effectively. Mr. Huber carefully explained how the heater functioned, the safety factors and ensured that the installation and repairs were working perfectly. He also explained all parts of the invoice and the Advantage Plan Edmonton. I will certainly recommend Mr. Rooter to all my friends and acquaintances.

I was pleased with the service Mr Rooter provided. The owner who booked the appointment was very pleasant. I was able to get someone out the next day although my issue was not an emergency. I was given updates, by phone, regarding when the technician would be out. The service in the home was efficient and thoroughly explained.

Mr. Rooter was awesome! They helped me figure out how to turn off the water to stop the leak, they got someone out the next morning for the service call and they graciously worked around my insurance company's emergency workers even though they weren't very communicative.
