We had Sam come to service a clogged kitchen drain. It turned out the issue was more complicated than anticipated, but Sam persevered until the issue was resolved. All the way through he kept us informed as to what he was trying and why, even providing videos in the end.
Kudos to Sam's overall approach and friendliness and even left us with tips to prevent clogs in the future.
