We had a problem with our kitchen sink in the evening. We called Mr. Rooter as they advertised 24 hour service and we had used their service tin the past to clean out plugged drains.
The company was helpful in setting up an appointment for the next day in the afternoon to fit our schedule. We got a call in the morning to tell us they could come earlier when we were available.
Brendan arrived right on time. He detected the problem immediately and was able to fix the situation quickly. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled.
We are very happy with the service provided and will continue to use this company in the future.
