Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

We called Mr Rooter and they were o. Site within an hour. I called another company that took my info and they have still not called me back 1 week later.
The woman who took my call was very pleasant and professional. The young man who came out was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He was able to break through and scrub the lines which was made more difficult as he had to navigate 3 90 degree bends to reach the clog 20 down line. When he finished with that, he then went to our back flow preventer and sent the camera down to the main city sewer line to inspect the condition of our line. Before leaving, he cleaned up the work area. Then a couple days later I received a phone call from a company representative to ask if I was happy with the work performed. The answer of course was yes. I have already referred Mr. Rooter to someone and will continue to do so. John P
