Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

I had a sewer back up in December 2022. We have a 100+ year old home with updated utility and plumbing inside but the services to the house are original. The team at Mr. Rooter were incredible. Dispatch was east and efficient. Tyler and his team came out, completed a video assessment and no obligation quote explaining all my options then we talked through what would work best for me since like everyone I was traveling for Christmas. We took a two step approach completing the first in December to limp me thru then scheduled in the second step for when I return. The major work was completed in January 2023. Tyler and his team arrived exactly when they said they would, did the work and exactly the amount of time they said it would take, and it cost precisely what I was quoted. Further, they were professional, polite, and cleaned up everything beautifully before they left. They also gave me all the evidence I needed because the issue is with the city owned portion of the external services. I have had the team in the house before for minor plumbing issues, this was our first major issue, and they were the first people I called. Hopefully, I dont need to make these kinds of calls again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.
