I had previously written a poor review of this company. After corresponding with Hamid, the sales manager the issues I had with the company were resolved.

The alarm system received was a good deal for the price. The installer who came was fast and efficient.

Will definitely recommend.

I got more than I would've got with other alarm companies, but felt he used deceptive selling practices to reel me in.

One of the incentive was the free hotel vouchers being offered on their website. At no time did he state that there would was a $10 USD registration fee to get the forms to reserve your hotel stay. The vouchers don't even state it. The vouchers direct you to the website that tells you you have to pay $10 USD to get the reservation forms.

I just wish Hamid would've been more upfront with us about that. Hamid, if you read these reviews, be more honest and upfront. You offer a lot more than most other alam companies. Don't try to real people with a fake hotel or restaurant promotions.

Besides that, the installer was really good.
