We contacted Steve to help us with developing a vision and design for a house we just bought. We had some ideas but the project itself was too large for us to handle. Steve listened to our wish list and ideas, and with his knowledge and expertise was able to create a functional design that incorporated them all. He was patient, responsive, and very professional in all of our interactions. We found him to be punctual, reliable, and easy to communicate with. We are now excitedly awaiting the finished product! Steven and his colleagues were extremely helpful in the designing of our to-be-renovated home. Steven is always punctual and reliable. He provides follow up emails regularly, and is very knowledgeable. He is very receptive to our ideas, but also provides realistic expectations of what can or cannot be done. We are very happy with his work and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anybody who needs architectural services.

I got my basement redesigned and refinished from Lindy Consulting after deciding that it was not done well by the previous owners of the house. Steven and his people were well prepared and they worked with me closely to make sure the design and work would be perfect. I called them up and after deciding to get work done from them hired them. It took a while, but after everything was finalized and we got a good price, I got most of the walls done and flooring changed.
