I have used Pro Appliance several times in the past - for stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. During this last visit I had a problem with my dishwasher. The technician, Matt, showed up promptly and worked quickly and neatly and fixed the problem. Never experienced any upselling or similar conduct - always honest and has always been candid about whether a repair is worthwhile.

I had used Pro Appliance in the past to repair my refrigerator and calling them back for my washing machine was an obvious choice. My dilemma was do I repair an 18 year old washing machine or buy a new one. I decided it was worth spending the money on an initial service call to diagnose the problem instead of spending $800 or $900 on a new machine. Matthew, the service technician was excellent. He quickly diagnosed what the problem was, explained it to me and quickly made the adjustments to my washer. The issue with calling in a repair service is thinking that they are not going to be honest and take your money for nothing. I feel 100% confident that I can call Pro Appliance without any doubt and know that they will provide honest and reliable service. Thank you Matthew!

Mathew provided an efficient, courteous and professional service. Diagnosed the problem within seconds, completed the repair with the parts on hand and demonstrated that the machine was working properly after repair. He even explained the proper use of some of the features on the washing machine! Reasonable price and excellent service, I will use Pro Appliance again.

Matthew came highly recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. He came the same day I called and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was courteous and neat (even sweeping up behind my oven!) and quoted a price for the job once the part I needed would come in. As promised, he returned a few days later to complete the job. This was done quickly and competently, and the final price for the job ended up being less than the original quote. Matthew's honesty was very much appreciated. Matthew has serviced my appliances for more than 10 years. He is helpful and courteous and informative. He can come out quickly and makes extra effort knowing it is hard to run a household with kids when any appliance is not working. His repairs make economic sense and his advice is really useful.
