From start to finish Mike had a complete customer orientation and was not satisfied until it met my expectations as well as his exacting specifications. Every project presents its own unknown challenges and Mike arose to meet each one of them. This was a "turn key" installation whereby Mike took my requirements and sourced all the equipment and advised on the most suitable installation parameters. On budget, on schedule and extremely happy with the end result.

I am very grateful to Jeff Scnnurr for making me a promise that he would deliver a home theatre system that would produce a `wow' visual, sound, and kinesthetic experience. The entire basesment had to be reconfigured to set this up. I hired Jeff to hire all contractors - electricians, dry wall plasterers, painters, and manufacturers of home theatre system - to produce the final product. Being a busy guy myself, I did not have time - nor did I want to make the time - for taking care of all the little details which do need to be looked after in order for the project to be successful. Jeff made his promise and delivered. He operates with integrity. I know that I can count on him for after sales service, as he has already proven himself in this area. My family and I get to enjoy the experience of being in a theatre without having to leave home. I am grateful.

I originally purchased a HTIB (Home Theater In A Box), but wanted something a little less bulky and a cleaner look due to the size of my room. After our first conversation on the telephone, it was a complete success from that point on to the finishing touches after he was finished. He provided me with more ACCURATE information during the entire process than I would have been able to get from anywhere else, hands down. Exceptional Work.

From the first call to Mike (and it's almost scary rapid reply) I felt our project was in good hands. There were also numberous examples of accommodation to the changing schedule of our basement contractor and furniture which we appreciated. Jeff, Mike's partner even opened his home to allow us to view a finished system and "feel" the experience that I-Beams added to the overall effect. Hamlet, one of his trusted installers was very professional and pleasant, a refreshing change from some trades. As a team they seem to really love what they do and their enthusiasm to the project is infections. I would recommend Toronto Home Theatre without reservation!!

From the moment I first contacted Mike, his response was exceptional. Within minutes he responded to my query, immediately came up with useful suggestions and was flexible with my schedule, which kept changing. He installed a beautiful system, with sound like I've never heard it and it's neat, professional and advanced beyond my imagination. Although I've had surround sound in the past, I've never heard it quite like this (when I of course installed it myself). We couldn't be more happier with the service provided by Toronto Home Theater. Since our first meeting with Mike, he was professional, easy to deal with and honest. He helped us transform our boring living room that had a t.v. niche, to a new updated look with surround sound (in-wall and ceiling speakers), and a flat screen wall mounted t.v.. Mike and Hamlet did an amazing job with the installation. After the job(s) were completed, everything was cleaned up and taken away. We would recommend MIke and his team to anyone. After getting the guys to wall-mount my TV, I had them give me an estimate for de-cabling my entire house.

Not only was their estimate much lower than any other quotes... but they did the job efficiently, professionally, and made it seem like they weren't even there with the clean-up.

My house went from a cable-filled mess to having uncluttered walls, which are now ready to paint!
