SO-CLEAN

Good service and good final result but bad communication. A bit of a bait and switch. I was told on the phone for 350 sq feet it would be about $120. I can appreciate 'about' can certainly mean more but I paid $280 which is way more. To be fair I added some stairs which I could see therefore about $180 or so but $280.... Be very clear on the phone what your job is and ask for the full range.

So clean came and cleaned our carpet in bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Their booking was very easy, the person that came was really nice to deal with and carpet looked great after.

Two weeks later my 2 year old decided to change her own diaper - let's just say it wasn't pretty. I called So Clean to come back to clean up and sanitize the bedroom. Not only did they fit me in 2 days later, but they did the job for free! I was totally expecting to pay for it and they were so nice about it being just a 'touch up'. I will use them again anytime we need cleaning done!

I have used 416-so-clean several times. They show up on time, do an amazing job, are extremely professional and courteous. They are great at sending confirmations and reminders of appointments. This time I had to change appointments a couple times due to scheduling conflicts and they were very accommodating. Matthew has worked on our place a couple of times and is fantastic to work with.

I would highly recommend this company.

I was a bit reluctant to select a contractor based solely on homestars reviews however I am very pleased with my decision. The customer service was outstanding and results were top notch! Thank you to Adel and Daltony for a job well done! I will highly recommend you to others as well as definitely use you again in the future.

Adel and his team provided a great service. Originally we had booked an appointment with another company, but they cancelled on us the day before they supposed to come to clean the ducts. We called Adel, his team came out the same day. Thank you so much for your fast response and job well done!

Matthew was early and was very professional. He discussed the process with me and was very accommodating when I asked to have another sofa and rug cleaned. He did a very good job.

Hugo and Dino were very thorough and professional as well. Dino took me through my home and explained what needed to be done. After the job was completed we did a walk through together again. I was very pleased with their cleanliness and thoroughness.

Just had our house carpets cleaned and WOW, they look amazing. What a great fast service. Not only did they schedule my request in 2 business days, they were even flexible to arrive in the evening when I was home. Very professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, clean and hard working crew. Our carpets were dry in 5-8 hrs.

I will never rent a retail carpet shampoo machine again! :o)

I contacted 416-SoClean after reading the reviews on Homestars. I went on their website and requested an appointment online. I received a very quick response and they booked me for an appointment right away. They followed up with an email confirmation and instructions. On the day of the appointment, Dino and Hugo arrived right on time. They explained the process and answered all our questions as this was the first time we had ducts cleaned. They were very quick and professional in providing the service.

Mathew and Rafael did a great job cleaning our carpets and stairs. We originally ordered the cleaning of our white linen sofa and love seat as well. But they cleaned just one cushion for us to show what the result would be and then we all decided that it was not worth the expense and it was removed from our invoice. Honest and professional, all that we wanted.

I recently used Mathew and Kaayla to clean my carpets and upholstery in our house. When I first contated them I spoke to Kaayla who was very helpful and friendly. We found a way to get my cleaning done for almost the same price as the previous year.

They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in record time. I was able to do my work while they were cleaning and they left the house smelling fresh and clean. Mathew took me around the house after the job was done to make sure I was pleased. And some recent stains in the basement rug were removed amazingly.

I will continue to use them for my cleaning needs. I find them friendly, careful, easy to work with and they do a great job. The extra bonus is that they make a $10 contribution to a charity of your choice which is giving back!
