Good service and good final result but bad communication. A bit of a bait and switch. I was told on the phone for 350 sq feet it would be about $120. I can appreciate 'about' can certainly mean more but I paid $280 which is way more. To be fair I added some stairs which I could see therefore about $180 or so but $280.... Be very clear on the phone what your job is and ask for the full range.

thank you so much for the feedback. Much appreciated. Yes you are right, the cleaning of 350 sq ft carpet i (two rooms) is counted as a two units and it is $60 per unit, so it $120. If you add one set of stairs of ~ $13 steps, it is $60 more total of $180. this information is very clearly documents in our web site. This is also why we send out email conformation with the attached workorder that shows the breakdown of the pricing there is no surprises at the time of cleaning for both us and to the client. If you have paid more than $180 to clean the two rooms of carpet and one set of stairs then we owe you money and I will be more than happy to send the cheque immediately.
