My daughter had used this firm successfully for carpet cleaning my home. I needed duct cleaning and found them to be great. Their truck waited outside my property until the time of the cleaning. Their cleaning was excellent and attitudes were sensitive to my needs. Adel and Dino were personable and assets to their company. This firm is highly recommended

This is my third time using 416-So-Clean. I think they did a good job. They arrived on time and the two technicians were friendly and easy to work with. I had requested a specific technician that I had worked with in the past and was told that I could have him. Unfortunately when the technicians arrived it was not the person I requested.

The reason I am only giving them an '8' rating is for two reasons. One, I booked my appointment far enough in advance to get my requested technician and he was not the one they gave me. Second, there were still several stains on my stairs that were not removed. I don't know if the technicians had used the special stain pre-treatment that was used the other two times. And I only noticed the stains after they had completed in daylight.

Both technicians showed up on time and completed ahead of schedule. And they moved furniture to get underneath which was a plus. I will use them again but would prefer the other technician.

I would recommend 416-So-Clean to anybody. Both jobs (carpet and ducts) were properly done and the crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They came on time, did a great job and were respectful of the surroundings. Great work!!!

I hadn't had my vents cleaned in about five years. Due to cats, seasonal allergies and the onset of colder weather now requiring the use of the full time use of the furnace , I wanted to make sure the air I breathed this winter would be clean. I did my search on Homestars and found 416-SO-CLEAN had fantastic reviews...and rightly so!
I was provided with an estimate(via internet) due to the size of my home and the service requested.
Shane and his partner came early (with my approval); covered there shoes; checked and doubled checked my order request; answered every question; and even advised me of what I didn't need to have done before starting the cleaning of all the vents in my home.
The cleaning and sanitizing process took approximately 2hours.
I appreciate their thoroughness, professionalism and kindness. I am so glad that I chose this company. Not only do I recommend 416-SO-CLEAN, but also expect to use them for all my future cleaning needs.

Very pleased indeed! The team was fantastic from the scheduling (Afeefa) to the quote to service. We had our carpets cleaned and Rafael and Daltony actually called to see if they could come early (love that!) Upon arrival, they were efficient, accommodating and helpful. The online quote feature was accurate, cost was really reasonable, no one tried to "upsell" me and the payment at the door was secure and quick. They removed spots that had irked me for years and left the carpets in wonderful shape. Great job, great company, will refer for sure!

I'm pleased with the service provided by Dino and Shane for duct cleaning of my home. They arrived early (they called ahead to ask if that was OK!), covered their shoes, took their time to clean out all the vents, and were well-mannered.
