Excellent service from beginning to end. I requested a quote online and received an immediate response and was able to book right away. I was told at the time of booking that the crew would arrive at that time but I should allow for half an hour on either side in case they completed the previous job earlier or later. They arrived within 15 minutes of the booked time. Matthew and Justen, who did the work, were extremely professional and also very pleasant young men. They completed the job in record time and did a beautiful job. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use 416-S0-CLEAN again and to recommend them to my friends.

This is now the second time I used Adel and his company and once again he DID NOT disappoint. His team of Matthew and Justin came in and were so professional and thorough. They explained exactly how they were going to clean everything and in what order .. They both had very professional personalities, and friendly. They did an outstanding job. They took their time.. No rush and very systematic.

These guys were very professional from the get go. Great experience with them and they weren't too expensive. The guys came in in the morning and cleaned our entire basement carpet. Came out like new!

I had 2 area rugs and carpeted stairs which needed to be cleaned. The stairs were especially challenging as they hadn't been done for a while. They did a fabulous job!
