SO-CLEAN

Matt and Justen did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were friendly, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. They put down protective mats and wore shoe covers to keep our home clean. They even provided helpful recommendations for pet stain removal and maintenance. We highly recommend Matt and Justen!

I called many fabric cleaning companies for a quote and received no immediate phone call or e-mail response. Some companies did provide quotes but later did not follow-up with me. I quickly learned not every company's communication and customer service skills are the same. It is also worth noting that the companies I did call/e-mail roughly quoted me the same price for the sofa's and rugs that needed cleaning.

I selected So-Clean to complete my upholstery and rug cleaning services because they responded to my phone call immediately, they collected my information, and scheduled an appointment on a day and time that was convenient for me. I also selected this company because I liked the e-mail confirmation and reminders. A few days later I received an e-mail reminder about my scheduled appointment, I replied that I had to reschedule it, and I received a reply within a minute. It was so easy to reschedule and rebook an appointment.

The day of the service, the gentleman called and notified me of his scheduled arrival. Due to poor winter driving conditions, he did not arrive on time but assured me he would be there within 30 minutes. Upon his arrival, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding fabric care and stain removal. We were satisfied with the quality of his work and with his level of service.

I would recommend this company to family and friends because of their excellent communication and customer service skills!

Adel and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts! We had recently purchased our house and when I checked the return air duct, it was clear that it hadn't been done in a while. They were quite taken aback (as were we) with how much stuff had built up over a long period of time. The guys doing the cleaning weren't too intrusive and did a very good job.

We also hired this company to clean a stair runner and a couch, and we loved the added touch of providing us with little booties to traverse our stairway until it was dry.

The only thing I didn't like was that they "santized" the ductwork, but it took a long time for the odour of the santizer to dissipate and go away. It might have been necessary, I don't know - but in future I would ask that this not be done. Otherwise, I will be happy to use them again!

Despite a communication glitch (for which I was given a discount) everything came together and my carpets are fabulously clean again. Matthew and Justin were professional, efficient, kind and considerate of my home. Thanks for organizing this for me Adel. I have been using this company for the 6 years I’ve lived here and would highly recommend them!!

I found 416-SO-CLEAN on Home Stars....and wanted a company who could get in, on short notice over the holidays, to try to salvage our stairway carpets and a couple of bedrooms that have seen much better days! Basically, buying some time before replacing !

Mission accomplished.

Guys were exactly on time and explained everything in detail, and even provided slipper covers for our feet !
The carpet looks 10 times better and I rec'd value for the service rendered.

I was most impressed with 416-So-Clean. From the original call I made, I did see them advertise on the internet- with Afeefa handling the booking and confirmation of the booking extremely effieciently. After that, the confirmation of the booking and then the Technicians calling to update and confirm the time - actually being a few minutes early was a pleasure. As well,once Dalton and Rafael entered the home- I was most impressed with their professionalism and good customer service. My carpets do look very good! Extremely happy with all components of 416-So-Clean.

The team that arrived to clean our carpets was on time and very professional. They advised me of the work that was going to done and were considerate and careful with any furniture that needed moving. Our carpets look great! Will definitely be using their services again!

Justin and Matthew arrived early (gasp), were highly professional and knowledgeable about the work (carpet and sofa clean) to be done and got to it without delay. They even shovelled a path to my walk out to get their hoses into my basement. The results of their efforts were outstanding and obviously done with great care and skill. I could not have been more pleased. I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality carpet, sofa, etc cleaning company.
Afeefa was also prompt in taking my call to book the appointment, quick with booking confirmation and reminders and generally helped make the process of doing business with 416 very, very efficient and professional. What a pleasant surprise!

They were able to come to our downtown townhouse and they provided excellent service, and were very professional. They were finished in about two hours. Will definitely call them back again.
