SO-CLEAN

I called many fabric cleaning companies for a quote and received no immediate phone call or e-mail response. Some companies did provide quotes but later did not follow-up with me. I quickly learned not every company's communication and customer service skills are the same. It is also worth noting that the companies I did call/e-mail roughly quoted me the same price for the sofa's and rugs that needed cleaning.

I selected So-Clean to complete my upholstery and rug cleaning services because they responded to my phone call immediately, they collected my information, and scheduled an appointment on a day and time that was convenient for me. I also selected this company because I liked the e-mail confirmation and reminders. A few days later I received an e-mail reminder about my scheduled appointment, I replied that I had to reschedule it, and I received a reply within a minute. It was so easy to reschedule and rebook an appointment.

The day of the service, the gentleman called and notified me of his scheduled arrival. Due to poor winter driving conditions, he did not arrive on time but assured me he would be there within 30 minutes. Upon his arrival, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding fabric care and stain removal. We were satisfied with the quality of his work and with his level of service.
