they did a great job cleaning my rugs. They are about 15 years old and look like new after the cleaning. Staff were very courteous and professional. They even cleaned a stairway that was not included in the work order

Cleaning of three sofas was done efficiently and successfully. Two spots that could not be removed were pointed out and explained. Time of visit was adjusted twice, but company office kept us up to date on the schedule.

My bedroom carpets were long overdue for cleaning due to the pandemic. I finally got around to getting it done. I hadn't used 461 SO CLEAN previously, but they were highly rated on HOMESTARS, so I thought I would give them a try. They didn't disappoint. They were here on time, practiced proper COVID safety procedures and did a great job cleaning the carpets, particularly in the high traffic areas and "ground-in" dirt. Super happy with these guys. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Called to advise when they would arrive and showed up within minutes of the estimated time. They got to work and worked quickly. They did a great job with some tough stains.

Crew of 2 were very professional and courteous. They did a great job on the stairway carpets as well as 2 area rugs that I had. They also provided booties for the family to wear on the stairs until they were dry. Very pleased!
