SO-CLEAN

This is the second time I’ve had these guys Clean this piece of furniture. They are amazing, fast, reliable, professional and my couch is as good as new. Again and again!!!

Excellent work, exceeded our expectations. Adel in office and the technicians Richard and Immanuel were a pleasure to deal with - wonderful work ethic. Our 35 year old wall-to-wall carpet almost looks brand new with special attention paid to stained areas.

Another wonderful experience with this company. The quality of the work is absolutely excellent, there is no smell from the products in the house, and Abel and his partner were incredibly efficient and friendly. We had three fine woolen area rugs cleaned, as well as some utility-grade stair carpeting. Everything looks spotless and beautiful.

I would highly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN! They were totally professional from the start, very informative as to what I could expect, and promptly made an appointment to clean my upholstery. The technicians showed up at the appointed time. They were polite and respectful. They did the job within the time frame, and did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone needing their service.

It was time for us to clean our carpets and upholstery. I spoke to one of our neighbours who I noticed had used so clean and because she is very particular we decided to give them a try on her recommendation.
It was just a couple of days after a huge snow storm in Toronto so the streets were a mess. The office kept us in the loop as to how much longer it would be before the cleaners arrived as they were fighting their way through the snow covered streets.
When Richard and Alejandro arrived they were polite and apologetic. Right away they laid down tarps in order not to make a mess on the
floors and also had slip-ins over their footwear. From the moment they arrived they never stopped until the job was complete. It took them about 4 hours. One went at the furniture while the other started on the carpets.
It was clear both Richard and Alejandro took the greatest of care and pride in their work. They were a terrific team. They were both highly competent and clearly knew what they were doing. A couple of the carpeted areas were harder to reach but they took these areas as a challenge…and it was much appreciated.
Would highly recommend 416-So-Clean. In fact the next time we have our furnace and ducts cleaned we will have So Clean do the job.

Excellent customer service. 1st time using this company and was very impressed with the quick response to my voice mail. Very easy to deal with and was impressed that they left me with a bottle of stain remover.

Adel, Richard and Youssef were fantastic from the original inquiry and quote to the excellent cleaning a room in our basement and a staircase. They were thorough, on time and dis a great job bring cleaning pet stains and refresh our carpet.

Very impressed with the customer service. They're thorough, respectful, and leave our carpets looking brand new. I can't thank you enough for the excellent job! Would highly recommend to anyone.
