We were very impressed with this company on all counts: they were reliable, punctual, courteous, friendly, caring, helpful and very thorough with their work. Our furniture and carpets look brand new again. What's more, their pricing was excellent and came in $100 less than either of the two other estimates we got before hiring Adel.

I called them to clean my carpets which were badly soiled.I have 4 children and they really make a huge mess on the carpetsThere were stains ranging from ketchup to hot chocolate and they managed to get all the stains out beautifully.The price they charged was excellent too for my huge home with a loft.They moved all my furniture and cleaned everywhere!!Highly recommended

**UPdated review with less errors** One night I was house-sitting at my parent’s house, I fell asleep on the sofa, and in the morning i discovered blue ink stains all over the sofa. My new pup chewed on a pen, and ruined my parents light cream upholstered sofa. It was BAD. so I called a company that said they could easily remove it - 2 guys came over, made a raucous out of my living room dragging in there loud vacuums...they spent a very short 20 loud minutes dry cleaning the ink stains. After the work, the stains were still VERY much there, they said they could not remove it. infact the stains looked even worse, as they looked like they spread deeper from the dry cleaning- they charged me $100 !!@&%$!!!.. . We argued and argued. I was pissed! I got completely ripped off. Now I was desperate, my folks were coming back in 2 days, i needed help fast. I called other cleaners, but they did not want to touch this job... and then finally, I hit 416-SO-CLEAN on my web browser - which is where i met Adel - my angel!! Adel, promised me he could see me right away and clean the ink, and that if he couldn't he would not charged me. WOW. He came over with what looked like to be a briefcase, no loud vacuum, and was very professional and kind as a matter a fact. It was evident right away that he took the 'job from hell', very seriously. He began meticulously working through each ink spot. After a while of diligent work focused work… yes...oh yes indeed…ALL of the dark blue pen ink was GONE!! Adel was a pleasure to deal with and was very respectable. He was there for about 2 hours and charged me ONLY $150 and the sofa was spotless. Intact it was so clean it looked bran new. There was not even a hint of a stain. How did he do it?? He’s a magician of sorts. I was EXTREMELY pleased. If you have any cleaning needs for carpet/upholstery, you must call Adel at 416-SO-CLEAN. My parents to this day have no idea about the ink stain, and my puppy is never going to chew on pens again

Adel and Hazel did very impressive work for both me and a client of mine. Adel was recommended to me by a colleague after I complained that another carept cleaning company had been unable to remove stains in my client's carpet. Adel was able to get to the property quickly and removed stains that others couldn't. I've since had him come in to do work in my own home and was equally impressed.

I have been using 416-SO-CLEAN services since I moved in my first home 4 years ago. Adel and the team have always shown a truly professional, through and deep cleaning experience. The first time Adel did the Carpet Audit, he took the time to listen to my needs. And for that point on, all I have to do, is pick up the phone and spend less than a minute to arrange my schedule the cleaning and everything else is taken care of immediately as they have everything documented in their system. I was also amazed by 416-SO-CLEAN team ability to virtually remove almost every stain and spot I had including a tea spill that I tried everything possible to remove and was not able to until 416-SO-CLEAN team arrived and remove it!

We were very impressed with the prompt and efficient service of 416-So-Clean Co. They responded to our phone call late in the evening and fit us in the next day. The staff were friendly and courteous and did an excellent job removing a difficult stain ( that had been badly treated by us!)
Customer service is a huge focus and we appreciate that! We plan to hire them in the future!

Over the holidays, we had a gathering in our office which resulted with food stains, spills, and oily spots. We called 416-so-clean who provided us with a quote. And then, on the day of the cleaning, their uniformed,professional, and very friendly technicians showed up on time and they did a very thorough and deep cleaning for the whole office. And they also took the time and effort to treat the food and oil spots.
The office looks so clean, so fresh, and it all dried up on time.
I would recommend 416-so-clean to my friends and family. They were great!

We just had our carpet and stairs cleaned by So Clean and we were were really impressed with their services. They were extremely professional, courteous, thorough and quick. I would definitely recommend them and use them again soon.

We needed our sofa and stairs cleaned, and emailed Adel based on the reviews here. He was always courteous in our correspondence, and answered all of my questions, including offering quotes for the job. We never felt pressured to offer him the job, which helped a lot, since we'd never had our carpets or upholstery cleaned before. We ended up hiring him because the price was reasonable and we knew others on Homestars had been happy with his work.

The appointment was scheduled for 10:00 on Wednesday, Dec. 30, and he and Hazel arrived right on time. He'd estimated 3 hours for the job, but was done in 2. The whole them they were here, they were professional and very easy to work with. They lay down carpets to protect our flooring when cleaning the sofa and wore plastic booties on the carpet. He was always happy to answer any questions we had, and did a spot test on the sofa to test its colourfastness. Today the change is very noticeable--the sofa smells great and the stains are gone. The sofa's a dark nave chenille and it's used every day. The gray that settled on top is gone! The carpets look fantastic--we haven't seen them so clean before! We didn't get the bedrooms cleaned as we're planning to replace the carpets in a couple of years, but you can see a faint line between the dirty carpet and the now clean one!

Adel and Hazel did a wonderful job, and we'd definitely use 416-So-Clean again. There were no hidden costs at the end (we got exactly what Adel quoted the week prior), and they gave us great advice on buying carpet in the future and what fibres/fabrics last and clean the best. Great job!

We were really impressed, price was great, service was professional, they came on time, were polite and friendly, they followed up with us to see if we had any questions after they cleaned the carpets... Great customer service, but most importantly, my 15 year old carpet looks and smells like new! We will use them again and refer them to our friends and family.
