I had the best experience today with this company. We booked a couch cleaning, Matthew and Justen were punctual, professional and polite. The level of service they provided was incredible! They were so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and informative - these guys deserve a raise! Their customer service skills and work ethic were exemplary. They went above and beyond - everything about my experience was positive. They took their time to make sure the job was thorough; we took a chance based on your website and were 100% impressed. They exceeded our expectations. AND ... when chatting with Justen, learned he volunteers his free time to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home abused, abandoned and neglected animals -- this speaks volumes about the type of people you hire. Well done! (By the way, SUPER convenient to take debit at the door, KUDOS!) Use these guys for couches, chairs, rigs, stairs - honestly, you will be completely satisfied.
