Adel's team came to the house and were very professional, efficient and easy going. The reason for the nine star rating is because there was a small mis-communication on what exactly the packages entailed. After posting this review, Adel called me shortly after and explained in detail what was mis-communicated and that he was sorry. I could have been at fault for this but no matter what he insisted my satisfaction no matter what it cost. I cannot say enough about a company willing to go that far to ensure complete client satisfaction.
