Heavily Soiled Basement Carpet Cleaning
They did a great job! Our basement carpet was in rough shape from pets and high traffic - but it looks great now. All the stains and discolourations were removed. The service time was about an hour and the carpet was dry within 6 hours.
Overall the company was very professional. I appreciated the cofirmation email outlining the service, what to expect before/after and a copy of the work order. The technician Matthew arrived promptly, was professional and thoroughly explained everything.
In terms of getting a quote, they were very helpful and quick. The service booking was quick and flexible.
