Mike has inspected two properties for me. I have no hesitation recommending him. His work is thorough, prompt and professional. He is prepared to meet and discuss the inspection. He explains his work in a straightforward fashion. He is reliable. I would use him in the future.

It's always interesting to look at different types of houses; to understand how older homes have been altered over the years, and to assess the effects those changes may have. Also to inspect newer homes, see how well built they are and to try and predict how well they'll perform over coming years.
