I received a quote from three different companies. One quoted me much higher than Royal basement, the other a little below. However, Royal Basement gave me a detailed quote and was the only company willing to meet the tight dateline, four weeks, I had for the project. I am so happy I went with Royal Basement. Rene did a fantastic job. I live more than 300 km from the project site, so I relied on Rene to arrange the inspection visits. He made sure the project was done and always kept in touch with me to make sure I was okay with his progress. Not only the agreed project, but Rene worked with me when I made last-minute changes without complaining. Rene purchased all the material on my behalf and made sure I was happy with the final product. Rene is honest, hard-working, and does a beautiful job. His work is immaculate and the tiles in my bathroom look like it was installed by a machine. I honestly don't think I could work with another contractor after working with Rene.
