The Accu Star team is extremely professional, friendly, punctual, helpful and thorough. They worked with me to meet my needs and budget. Nev came out to my residence on two occasions to inspect the site and recommend the best solution. He did not hesitate to do so even though I had made some changes to the work site after his first visit.
Jen worked very hard to accommodate my need to get the job done ASAP. She worked her magic and scheduled the job within two days of contract agreement rather than the week later appointment I was initially given. I very much enjoyed my phone conversations with her! (Who knows Jen, maybe we can do Cuba together one day
;).
Jeff and Taylor were punctual and beyond thorough! They actually did extra work that was not part of the contract to ensure the mold issue was 100% detected and cleaned from all areas of the basement. They also accommodated my request for a second air purifying machine on the main level of the house. They did an excellent job with the decontamination and clean up of the work area, plus my foyer as they walked back and forth through it to get to the basement.
I can not say enough about the quality of the work and the clear pride in it!
It's very difficult to build and maintain a positive reputation...these guys have high standards and do not sacrifice when it comes to it! They've indeed earned this reputation!
