Jennifer was very prompt, professional, informative and friendly in response to my e-mail inquiries. The inspector who did the testing, Nev, was also very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly determine that there wasn't any mold and took the time to explain where to look for mold, providing tips on reducing its likelihood. Very helpful and highly recommended.
