From the moment he came to our house to inspect the mould in our basement and showed his thoroughness in sending four samples of it to a laboratory for analysis to his final completion of the work he had undertaken, he demonstrated his excellence of understanding what was required for an outstanding job of mould remediation, as well as the superb diligence required in following up on his and his team’s work after the mould had been removed.
