We contacted Mister Plumber based on the reviews. We had a leak from the bathroom above. We had cut a hole in the ceiling and viewed it with a camera but could not determine the source of the leak. So we sought the help of a professional. A gentleman named Andrzej showed up. He took a look, told us he would DIAGNOSE the problem. The "diagnostic fee" was $168 plus tax. He extended the cut of the hole stuck his head in with a flash light. He said he could not see where the leak was coming from and then he then proceeded to recommend a friend of his to cut the rest of the ceiling. In other words he expected us to pay his friend to cut up the entire ceiling and re-do it. There was NO diagnosis. The invoice only gives recommendations. He had no tools like a moisture meter as one would expect. So almost $200 later we were no further than we had before this company showed up. He promised to return and never did or even follow up.
We would not recommend this company. Just a waste of money and precious time.

Hi Marie, sorry, we were waiting for your call after drywall removal to continue plumbing issue investigation. Sorry, you did not call us. If large area of drywall has to be removed, it is smarter to hire drywall guy and not to pay plumber's rate for such work. Regarding drywall repair, no one plumbing contractor does it.
