Boss Leather

My experience with Boss Leather has been nothing but spectacular. I initially found them while doing research for quality leather sofa's around the GTA and fortunately came across their awesome website. The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate with a wealth of information and resources. There are detailed pictures and specifications of each piece they carry which gives you a very good idea of what you might want before even going to the showroom.

The Boss Leather store is beautiful and massive; you could literally spend hours wandering and admiring all the sofas they have on display. Upon arrival we were greeted by Robert who would assist us. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Robert showed us all our options for leather selection as well as cushion materials and firmness. He has very good ideas and suggestions and it becomes very evident that he is passionate as well as an expert in this field. Robert is very patient and doesn't put any pressure, giving you all the time you need. While we were waiting for them to be built we also had the pleasure of dealing with Robert's sister Danielle for some follow up calls and additions to our order. She is very friendly and helpful and it was nice having the opportunity to deal with her as well.

This is a well established family business and the quality of their sofas is second to none. These are custom made with top notch materials (top grain, Italian leather/ kiln dried hardwood frames) and solid construction with a warranty that shows how confident they are in their products. Since these sofas are made from scratch, the delivery will take a while (approx 7 weeks). Once you take delivery you quickly realize that it was definitely worth the wait. The delivery guys are also family and they take great care in the delivery and setup of your new couches. They are very friendly and efficient and even gave some good tips on the care and maintenance of the leather going forward.

I highly recommend this company if you're looking for top quality leather sofas. The customer service they provide from the beginning to delivery is highly commendable. Their sofas are built locally in the GTA which is a bonus as you'll be supporting local, Canadian business as well.
