Stay away from this company! Mario does not know what he is doing and is extremely unprofessional. Cost us thousands of dollars in time & unnecessary materials, permits, etc. When I asked him why he didn't take certain steps to verify what was needed, he had nothing to say. He honestly knew NOTHING! This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience for us.

This is a woman doing construction that obviously is not her line of work, but these days it's so lucrative that everyone is doing it for a buck. we did renovation plans for her, based on assumptions the walls and ceilings are covered. we do not know what is behind the covered drywall. we asked for exposure in order for review and update drawings if was different than assumed we would revise drawings, we have a standard note on our drawings that explains this. Her contractor orders material based on the drawings without full exposure, guess what, there is always surprises behind covered walls, even a blind person can tell you that. Now we are to blame for material ordered that is not going to be used. Restocking fees are 15% on unused material not thousands. We did revise the drawings + revised permit at no cost to them. Why have you gone anonymous? we have a reputation & will protect.
