We can’t say enough about Titans. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. He gave us a very detailed quote and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also have to give a special mention to Cait. She is so knowledgeable and so helpful and kept us in the loop from start to finish. We love our new roof and would not hesitate to utilize Titans again and would refer them in a heartbeat.
We wanted to add in an extra comment on one of the guys from Titans - Kevin. We had an issue that arose that needed to be addressed promptly. Kevin came by and explained exactly what needed to be done and ensured us that he was committed to fixing the issue. He takes such pride in his workmanship and made sure that we understood everything and was happy. I wish all companies had a "Kevin" working for them. Truly awesome he is!

Done efficiently and on time with minimal disruption. Job site staff polite, courteous and did not waste any time. Issue with product colour resolved to our satisfaction. Good clean up as well.

Had some minor wind damage which knocked off my front fascia. Called Titan again for quick repairs and they were at it in no time. The price was great too!

Originally called Titans Roof Works to take advantage of the insulation top up credit in May 2018. Subsequent to scheduling the work, the ice storm happened and we were able to include replacing a few shingles that blew off in the storm - at a reduced rate since they were already scheduled to come out.

The estimate from Dylan was better than expected, the crew that came out did a great job, and when I had to call the office about an email regarding the rebate I got friendly, knowledgeable people to talk to.

A good chunk of our roof blew off in a late spring storm this year, and we're so grateful Titans were there to help us at every step! Titans literally arrived the next day after the storm, though there was damage all over town, and managed to tarp and strap our bare plywood while we coordinated with insurance. Probably worth mentioning the various teams and staff were exceptionally kind to my wife and I in the considerable chaos at this point as well. Calm and professional, but with care and patience. The repair crew photographed and documented the damage and their temporary repair, and after insurance approved a quote Titans provided based on the insurance requirements, we had Titans back to re-do our full roof.

Spectacular service by seasoned pros! All the teams and staff were excellent, though the extreme competence of the office staff bears a particular mention. I called Titans to receive a quote on repairing/replacing my flat roof. They provided an excellent flat roofer who quoted and installed my roof one week after his site visit.

There were a few complications on this project which they handled at minimal expense. I appreciate their attention to detail and good workmanship.
