Max was great to work with and we're extremely happy with the new roof. Max went above and beyond explaining our options and providing samples for us to choose from, communicated regularly via text messages and phone calls, and was on site when the shingles were delivered and throughout the 2 days it took to do the installation (existing roof had a double layer so it took a bit longer). The Twinpeaks crew did a great job with the installation and cleaning up afterwards, very accommodating, reliable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Twinpeaks, the price was fair and the work was exceptional!

Originally called Titans Roof Works to take advantage of the insulation top up credit in May 2018. Subsequent to scheduling the work, the ice storm happened and we were able to include replacing a few shingles that blew off in the storm - at a reduced rate since they were already scheduled to come out. The estimate from Dylan was better than expected, the crew that came out did a great job, and when I had to call the office about an email regarding the rebate I got friendly, knowledgeable people to talk to. I would highly recommend Titans Roof Works.

Stephen made our fireplace surround - marble and all and is beautiful. He is very professional and punctual (this was important to us because we had experienced missed or no-shows by other companies). He listened to us then made suggestions based on our existing house design as well as pointing out any code requirements. It turned out perfect and tthe process was completely painless. My furnace was making a loud noise so I called Direct Energy, they offered to sign me up for a $20/month service plan and they'd come take a look. They had to replace the starter motor so essentially the first year was free and I got an annual inspection as well. That was all good - but then the none stop duct cleaning calls started, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I called Direct Energy and they promised to stop giving out my number, but once you're on the list they never stop calling! I don't even answer my phone anymore - I wish I never called them.

I spent a lot of time calling around and getting estimates for a new AC unit and in the end I went with ABW Air. They did a great job, from the initial estimate to the final installation, everything was done very professionally. I plan on calling on ABW Air in the future for a new humidifier and regular maintenance for my furnace as well.

We found Summit Renovations on Homestars and based on their reviews we contacted them to do our renovation. Our reno involved extending the floor in the upstairs landing, framing and drywalling for a new walk-in closets for two bedrooms, along with necessary patches of flooring and ceiling. Joe did a fantastic job - quality in every aspect. There were never any surprises because he would consult with us every day. He and his team work very hard and finished the job in less time then he originally estimated. We'd definitely recommend Joe for any renovation and we look forward to hopefully having Joe work on our next basement finishing project.

We had 25 year old eavestroughs that were beat up and no longer draining properly. We contacted several eavestrough companies and decided to go with Westwood Aluminum based on their rating on Homestars. We haven't had a heavy rain yet but the eavestroughs look great, there's no seams or joints except for corners and the old nails have been replaced with inside brackets so everything looks very clean. The majority of the project was organized over the phone and through emails. Tony event sent a colour sample through the mail so we could be sure it would match. There was a little bit of clean up required after the project was done and a couple of the old nails were found. Aside from a little bit of cleanup, everything was done to our expectations and we would recommend Westwood Aluminum.
