Clicklock Premium Metal Roofing

Last summer my husband and I invested in a premium metal roof from Click Lock. The two gentlemen who installed it were professional, polite and cleaned up any left over material in our yard at the end of each day. The roof was installed in a timely manor, looks great and is an Energy Star certified! We get compliments & questions on our new roof all the time. It's not cheap, but well worth the investment as we plan to live in our home well into our retirement which won't be for at least another 30+ years...the warranty (50yrs) is fantastic and this is the last roof we'll ever need!

My house roof looks beautiful and I am very pleased with it! The Installers were very professional, punctual hard working, organized, efficient, and tidy . I was highly impressed with their hard work and how well they cleaned up after they finished their work on daily bases. The roof looks amazing and I have already had neighbors and people who are visiting the neighborhood complementing the roof and inquiring information about metal roof. It was definitely the best investment I could have made for myself and the house , by choosing the right roofing company the money I spent and my investment worth a lifetime!

although we are please with the roof,so far, we we're very disappointed with the snow guards and the lack do satisfactory after sales service. The company want to charge us for the repair of the damage the snow guards have caused when they were pulled out by the snow.

We had a very lengthy and stressful installation.
Five months after the installation we have not received our "peace of mind" warranty.
After countless calls, messages, e-mails and faxes to all levels, including the president, the company refuses to respond in any way and provide our warranty.
We are questioning the integrity of the company, as well as our roof. Keith needs to show integrity.

I found this company excellent, they met all their timelines and the roof looked great when finished. The salesman Steve followed every step of the process and the installer Dave and his crew were very thorough. I couldn't be more pleased.

My ClickLock roof was installed about two months ago. The slate style looks lovely.

When the roof was about one half installed I was on the front lawn taking a look at it.

From the other side of the street, a lady walking her dog called out to me, "Looks Good",

"Looks Really Good". I couldn't agree more.

My asphalt roof failed after twelve years when it was warrantied for twenty years.

I now have the peace of mind that I will never have to re-roof again.

They met all the timelines they promised and when a minor aesthetics error was made on the installation

My wife and I have an 11 year old house and we noticed this summer that our shingles were starting to get brittle and disintegrate-particularly on the south, where the sun is strongest. We did a lot of research and had a few contractors come over and ultimately decided on getting a metal roof installed. We chose Click-Lock based on great reviews on Homestars and right from the start, we knew we made the best decision possible. Tony in sales came over to our house and went through every possible option available and my wife immediately felt comfortable in choosing this company for our house. From there we were in contact with Mr. Fisico, the project manager who took us step-by-step through the process and then finally, Crystal and her crew who were very professional and easy to deal with whenever an issue came up. A lot of our neighbors have been coming to the door asking about the company and we've given the highest recommendation each time they've asked. The only downside is that I can't give a rating higher than 10 on Homestars for the work Click-Lock has done for us! Thanks for everything!

1. My Husband and I decided to have a metal roof installed on our home, we did some reach about metal roofing and found click lock. We are so happy with the quality service we received by click lock we had to share. The salesperson we had was very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about all of the various roofing system available on the market, the salesperson also worked around our schedule to meet with us and ensured all our questions was effectively answered. We are still so happy at the fact he was not pushy and simply provided the information needed to make our own decision at our own timing. The installer that came were courteous and very professional and very well mannered. the head installer very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our question during the installation process. When the job was completed the head installer walked us around the house and showed us everything that was done and all the debris around the yard was picked up, the yard was cleaned to perfection. We called head Office a few weeks later about the sign and they responded to our question with a extremely courteous and efficient manner.

1. Our experience with Clicklock roofing was very positive from start to finish. The representative responded very quickly to my initial phone intake, information immediately email for us to review and followed up when they said they would. A home visit was scheduled, the roof was measured. The Representative explained the difference between regular asphalt shingles product and Metal, also offered the option of a shingle roof if that was the way that we wanted to go. The features and benefits of the Clicklock roof were very apparent and that is that way that we decided to go. It was roughly a month from our site visit to when the roofing material was delivered and then another few weeks until the work started. This was all explained to us clearly in the beginning and they batch ship supplies to save customers the delivery charge. Once the project started the installation team did a great job and had everything complete within a few days. Both head office and the installers were always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we understood how the install was progressing. I highly recommend anyone interested in a long term investment in their home to seriously consider clicklock roofing. The product and results are amazing, the process was transparent.

I got my first leak last year after only 10 years from the shingle roof that my builder put on. The roof repair fixed the leak and told me that I should start looking at a new roof. I explained that they are 25 year warranty shingles and he started to laugh telling me that almost all roofs he repairs are less than half of that age and most are beyond repair. He showed me the pictures of my roof and I was surprised of the condition of the shingles after only 10 years. He suggested I get a metal roof if I wanted anything longer than 10 years because the warranties of the shingle companies are "not worth the paper it’s written on" and he sees this every day. He also suggested that I use a premium product due to large number of benefits and superior warranty.
I contacted a few companies but ultimately went with Clicklock roofing. Pricing was very close to other similar quality roofs but the quality provisions in place made me feel at ease in making my choice.
They did not disappoint! From the Sales person to the installers professionalism, the quality of the product, Welcome and Thank you packages, the clean-up to the finished product. Truly is affirmation that I made the right choice and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
