Roof looks good, service very very poor
At the beginning prior to installation of my new roof, they were great. After subsequent re-visits to make repairs, they have still not repaired or remedied the damage they did to my back yard shed nor have they provided me with a warranty AND they refuse to get back to me. Buyer beware!

The last correspondence received from you was October 22, 2015. Your Sales Rep requested to drop by and you responded “No need to drop by at this time as one of the issues is about the damage to the shed, as all involved, have already seen. Another was about the none existent warranty.”
First the Warranty. Warranty papers with instructions on how to submit to Armadillo were mailed to you on July 31, 2015. I have checked with Armadillo and you did not submit the required paperwork to Armadillo. Without doing so, Armadillo does not have a record of your installation. Additionally, sent in the letter was our Completion Invoice #12831. This indicated that you had paid in full and the job was completed. Also part of the warranty process. I need to point out that this completion letter clearly outlined how to submit to Armadillo. I will have this information re-sent to you.
Second, as discussed ClickLock has had a hard time believing that this kind of damage could happen with that small of a piece of metal and your shed is only 6 feet away from your roof. I would love to be able to attach the photo you provided and a picture that my sales rep took. Unfortunately, HomeStars does not have this function. Certainly I could see a potential scratch happening but two holes that size and a crack that long?
Finally, I have a screen shot of your shed in the back yard from Google Maps / Street view. The Image capture was Sept 2014. Eight months prior to your installation. Yes a little difficult to see… but there is a dark hole in your shed – same door same place?A picture is worth a thousand words…I wish I could post.
