Tyler was booked to clean our ducts and our carpets. He was scheduled to be here for 9am. At 9:45 he still hadn't arrived and finally decided to call and let us know he wasnt coming until 10:30 because he had a flat tire and some other issues. By 10:45 he still wasn't there so I called. He made a bunch of excuses, became really rude and then started yelling saying he got off a plane 2 days ago feom Alberta and hadn't slept, and that he slept in he's only human. No respect for my time. Too bad he wasn't just honest from the start, I would have respected that more.

I had Tyler out to clean my carpet. He did an excellent job on the rug. There was no odour and all the stains came out, the carpet looked amazing. Because of this I booked him a second time to come do another carpet. I waited hours for him to come...I called to find out what was going on and found out that he went to an emergency call and failed to call and let me know he would be late. I waited a few more hours and he still hadn't shown up. I called once again...I found Tyler to be extremely rude during this call...the call ended by him telling me to go elsewhere.
If you don't care about the customer service, then I would definitely recommend this company as the work itself is amazing.

We had Tyler clean the carpets at a house which we had recently purchased.

The overall job was well done. Most of the stains were removed from the carpet, and my wife & I were left satisfied.

Tyler offers a number of add-on products (which can be purchased at the time of installation), and these products can further protect the carpet or enhance the cleaning. My wife and I opted to employ these add-ons, and again, were not disappointed. Tyler did a good job of ensuring that the carpets were properly suctioned-out (so that they would not become moldy).

In subsequent conversations that I've had with Tyler, it became clear to me that he cares deeply about his company, and that he is working to establish a name for himself. I've seen, first hand, Tyler's enthusiasm, and have every reason to believe that he devotes himself fully to the task and takes pride in his work.

We are very pleased with the work performed by CMS (Tyler). The floor looks even better than it did when it was installed 10 years ago. Tyler was extremely professional in all aspects of the contract and the work performed, and, went above and beyond our expectations. He is extremely comitted to his work and customer satisfaction and we would recommend his services to anyone.

Tile and grout job was done perfectly! I had clean master services come out and clean and colour seal my tiled floor. Job was estimated $375.00 and he was very accurate with the price. Tyler was very professional as well as curtious and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who is in need of a tile and grout job. Also, had my carpets cleaned and they turned out like new.

Hired the owner of this company to do a complete floor clean, colour seal and tile replacement at out home. Quoted the job for us, we made arrangements to start and he began to increase the amount as he did the job

Started the job with a $50 tile replacement that turned into $150! My family and I headed out for the estimated two hour job-When we arrived home he had pulled up the tiles but had not blocked the vents, hadn't used drop sheets....Our 3100 square foot home was a sand storm of dust!! Every inch of the upper bedrooms, every table, every baby toy, blind, wall EVERYTHING was covered in layers of grout dust.

I shared how upset I was-he was learning the job and 'didn't think of the dust'. My husband and I went to work, stripping couches, carpet and EVERY THING apart to clean the dust while Tyler fixed the tiles.

We did not want to have him continue with the grout seal and consulted many other companies around Kitchener and even as far as the Peel Region-In the end, CMS offered to come back and discount us or clean our carpets. We decided to go ahead with the job-Tyler worked from 9:30am-11pm on our grout colour seal-He still ran into a few problems, needing to do a double quote, and we had to discuss money and cost again but the bottom line was that he offered a quote and would now have to honour that.

At the end of the long day out floor did look AMAZING! They're brand new and very nice so I would tell friends to hire CMS, I would only caution that you pay what you're quoted for, nothing more. And even after the dust disaster, CMS was worth every penny! Tyler had an incredible work ethic! He hardly stopped and I would have preferred he take more breaks as he was bent over for 14 hours working on our grout! He came through in the end and we were impressed.

I had Clean Master Services come into my home to give me a free quote, they were very knowledgeable and professional. I was going to ripped out my ceramic flooring and have it replace but they guaranteed me that they could make my floor look new again for the fraction of the cost. They cleaned my kitchen and hall. My floor cleaned up great, however there was some permanent stains, so they recommended me to colour seal my floor. They also fixed some of the grout that was ruined. I was able to choose any colour I wanted and they matched it. Within 7 hours I had a new floor again. Selling my home became 10x easier. I would recommend their services to anyone!
