SWAT Wildlife staff (Josh & Eden) responded quickly to my landlord's call. They were pleasant and answered all my questions about what they were doing. Their approach seemed humane and their installation was non-intrusive. Good stuff.

Two visits - initial inspection and installation of "one way" gate; removal of gate and installation of permanent barrier and additional barrier lengths as recommended. Josh did a great job.

Unlike some of the other services I tried to reach about my squirrel problem, SWAT was east to get in contact with and set up an appointment. Derrick came out and assessed our issue, finding where a family of squirrels had broken into our old soffits. He determined it would be a two-man job due to safety concerns, so he came back at the next most convenient time with a colleague. They closed up the holes with a metal cladding and put a one-way gate. Since then the squirrels seem to have vacated the soffits. Overall, I am quite happy with the work.

Josh and Eden arrived on time. They explained what they would be doing to rid my soffits of squirrels. they surveyed the entry point, roof and attic. Closed the entry to ensure the squirrels could not return

A family of red squirrels moved into our attic, and after suffering with them for months we called SWAT Wildlife. They arrived quickly, were polite and came up with effective solutions for our home. They clearly distinguished the base cost(Fixing all holes, installing one way doors) from preventative measures(Putting wire cages over vulnerable vents to animal proof them). The first attempt being unsuccessful (removing only the mother and not the babies due to their earlier stage of development), Derek quickly adapted the solution to more suit our needs, changing the exit point to an area more suitable for baby squirrels and providing the previously suggested preventative measures to keep their mother from chewing her way back into the attic. After about a week we no longer hear the squirrels in our attic. I would not hesitate to recommend SWAT in the future to anyone with animal issues.

Have been battling an issue with red squirrels. SWAT Wildlife is the 2nd company that we have used. Josh arrived and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and through. He quickly went to work to do a review of the house to determine entry points and provided his assessment. From there, he proceeded to block off some areas and install one way cage. He also inspected the attic and believes he found the nest, but empty at the time. So far, we have heard nothing. Usually we were hearing these squirrels late in the day and early in the morning. Day 1 pleased to report nothing so are hopeful that he may have found the entry points. It is still early and we must give it a few days but would not fail to call him back or refer him. Josh and Eden were a great help to us today. They arrived when promised, answered our questions, listened to our concerns and promptly got to work on securing our shed. They were honest with us around our needs versus extras. No false promises were made but helpful advice was given. I would quickly call them back in the future if other areas of the yard needed securing from nature.

I called a couple other companies before SWAT and got nothing but answering machines or they were unable to provide service for weeks.
The guys from SWAT were very professional and provided prompt service.
My technician was extremely helpful in discussing my options, never did I feel pressured or like they were trying to offer me anything I didn't need.

Ultimately I went with the inspection and consultation for my raccoon issue as it appears that loud noise from the renovation in progress has sent them packing. In the future if I need a company to get rid of unwanted critters, SWAT is my company.
