Swat Wildlife and Insulation

About 6 years ago I had a problem with raccoons living under my deck and they put wire mesh around the main access with a one-way trap door. They removed it a couple of weeks later and I had no problems until I had some minor renovations done that disturbed the mesh. The raccoons got back in so SWAT returned (I emailed on a Sunday morning and they called that afternoon!) and the next day repaired the mesh and added a new trap door. A couple of weeks later, just before they came to remove the trap door, I noticed a critter or critters had excavated a few fresh holes under the skirt of my deck and were getting access that way. They recommended installing the mesh into the ground around the deck, attached to the skirt. They did it the next day. Took them about 3 hours and they minimized the impact on my lawn and the results look good. Not only that, but another area that was not part of the original quote was protected at no additional cost and parts of the original meshing were spruced up and reattached. These folks care about their work and are quite professional and responsive. I highly recommend SWAT to anyone who is having similar critter (in my case raccoons and skunks) issues.

Earlier in the summer we learned that a) skunks are tenacious and b) SWAT Wildlife was up for the challenge. A mother skunk and her babies had taken refuge beneath the pool deck. SWAT Wildlife visited four times to counter the mother's moves and to ensure that everything was done humanely for the mother and babies alike. Clean-up was excellent and the skunk presence is no more.

Derrick came and saved the day! Family of raccoons living in our chimney. Derrick came on time (even called 20 minutes before to give me a heads up that he was on his way), quickly identified the problem, and had the raccoons out quickly (removing one baby that could not climb out by using a hand grip.) Baby was placed nicely in backyard to wait for Mom to come get him! 4 new steel vents to make sure no more visitors! Efficient, polite, clean and courteous But most important effective Would highly recommend them to others.

The job was not easy as the height of the roof was 4 stories and the access for ladders was curtailed by a narrow gap between townhouses. Derek and his guys figured out the best approach to deal with the squirrels that had gained entry to my roof via multiple holes in the soffit. It has been several days since the job was done and I have not heard the animals anymore. Derek and his guys were very reliable, on time and explained the problem and work done very well.
