Swat Wildlife and Insulation

When I called, Patti was extremely helpful. Although they were fully booked, Patti understood that my elderly mother was extremely upset to have raccoons in her attic. She was able to send Brian out the same day. Brian took the time to explain how everything worked. He checked the attic and found a raccoon (no babies thank goodness). He installed the one way door and assured me the raccoon would eventually leave to feed. His charming smile and Irish accent convinced me this raccoon would leave on it's own. He sealed up other possible entry points, and we scheduled him to come back in a week to check the attic again, and if the raccoon had vacated he would remove the one way door and seal up that entry point. Thankfully it all worked out. Brian was extremely pleasant and got the job done.

After a bad experience with another company (highly rated here!) that could not resolve the matter and still wanted to charge me. And another pest control company (also with top reviews) declining to come To my house as I told them about the shortcomings of the 1st company. It was a relief to find someone who know the problem and what to do..,Andre did a great job from beginning to end.

SWAT Wildlife was pleasant while booking appointment over the phone. A technician was sent the next morning to address our skunk issue under front stairs. He carefully made a one-way door on one side and crafted and installed metal screening on both sides of the stairs under garden bed. The screen is embedded under the garden soil and is not visible. He was knowledgeable and explained the screen process and guarantee for the service.

Josh from SWAT did an excellent job - Professional, punctual and completed work (from what I can tell) quickly and with high quality to put up one way squirrel gate (included crawling in attic to determine if babies were present).

Provided options and knowledge of additional preventative measures but did not feel pressured.

Updated review after speaking with Patty, we've clarified that her assistant's voicemail was not monitored, despite the voicemail indicating it was for Swat Wildlife. The door was promptly removed today.

I have used SWAT for years to remove raccoons from my home (my roof is a haven for them, and even the pros at SWAT can't do much about that). They arrive to set the traps in a timely manner, and come to remove them immediately. And they're good people to deal with, which is a nice bonus. I will continue to use and recommend them for my pest control.

The birds are gone, thanks for a great job. No more early morning noise. And the work was done and very clean.

I didn't have a paper copy of the $25 coupon off my first service. I paid and provided it after for a refund. They refused to honor it. It is so short sighted since I have a large property and want a pest control professional service I could use over the long term. It wasn't about the discount as the amount is immaterial. Rather, it's disappointing they didn't value any future relationship with me. And their behavior suggests they would nickle and dime me rather than look for solutions. I would NEVER recommend them. HORRIBLE
