Swat Wildlife and Insulation

They came in to put a one way door on our roof as animals had eaten away at it. They also installed mesh to keep the animals out. Randy was very polite and explained everything well. We would recommend Swat wildlife.

I’ve hired Swat three times now. Once to remove two raccoons from my bedroom ceiling after four other companies lied to me, charged me a ton, amd did nothing. Swat found the problem and a solution immediately, and the raccons were trapped and removed. Another time I hired them to clean a racoon latrine on my deck.
When an injured raccoon was hanging under my neighbor’s deck, we called Swat, and remarkably, they helped us figure out how to get the city to look after the problem for free. The woman I spoke to probably spent ten minutes and three phone calls back and forth to come up with advice that meant they would not get the gig.
Most recently Randy and Derrick came, exactly on time, to remove swallow’s nests from my eaves.
They were professional, honest, effective, and ethical. This last quality matters to me most. I feel better about the ethical treatment of animals. More selfishly, however, I become demoralized and angry by male tradespeople who treat female homeowners poorly. (Tip to business owners—train your staff to be aware of gender issues!)
I never get the feeling with Swat like they have a different price when husbands aren’t home.

Randy did a great job installing and removing the mechanism and explained how they worked as well. ensuring the animal doesnt get harmed as well as our property.

SWAT was great - when we heard noises in one of our walls we called them and they came out out promptly and thoroughly checked every part of the exterior of our home. They found the entry spot where squirrels were accessing. Shout-out to Brian who was GREAT. SWAT will definitely be our go-to company for any future wildlife issues.

A raccoon had entered our attic through a damaged roof vent. Randy from Swat wildlife acme out the next day to install a one way door on the damaged area. His service was very professional and we were quite satisfied with the results.

We have used SWAT three times for different wildlife issues over the years (raccoons under our back deck, birds in our exhaust vents, squirrels in the chimney ...maybe we should move...). So, when our neighbours' shed had raccoons in it, and we noticed some entry holes were on the side of the shed that runs along our side of the backyard, we recommended SWAT.

Randy was excellent - professional, exacting, and courteous. He inspected the inside of the shed to verify that the raccoons were not currently present. He then spent a long time in the hot sun digging and partially burying fencing along the perimeter of the shed that was vulnerable to further entry.

We hope that this is the last time SWAT is needed; but, if we ever do have any further wildlife concerns, they will be the ones we call again.

We had a family of raccoons living under our shed in the backyard. We got a quote from SWAT and they arrived at the scheduled time with all their gear and got right to work. The person who did most of the work was Randy and he was awesome. We honestly have no idea how he was able to fit himself in some of the areas he did to dig down and get the fence in place. We are still marvelling at the job he did. It is perfect. Thanks Randy!

What I thought was a mice problem turned out to be a rat problem. Endore from SWAT carefully inspected all around the house and in the basement. He came up with a detail plan of action and cost before actually doing the work. I would recommend SWAT and if possible ask for Endre. He needs to come back in 3 weeks to inspect so the job is not completely done. Further cpmments to follow.
