Swat Wildlife and Insulation

My wife and I were woken up by scampering last night in the wee hours and called for an inspection. They had same-day availability. After a roof inspection the working theory was mice in the attic, which was confirmed upon attic inspection. Mouse pellets were placed and we were told that we are guaranteed to be mouse-free for 6 months or they will come back to rectify.
All in all it was a hassle-free process and the employee seemed to know what he was doing. The price was quoted ahead of time and worth it for peace of mind.

Booked appointment early in the morning and the wildlife specialist showed up on time! Did a great job securing the problem and was very polite & courteous. Problem resolved and preventive work also completed promptly!

Came out 2 hours after I called to eradicate a family of raccoons under my deck. Randy was knowledgeable and thorough.

This was a recurrence of a problem that occurred several years ago. A skunk burrowed under a back room. The smell was unbearable and caused us to seal off two rooms from the rest of our house. Swat trenched and screened the perimeter of the room and installed a one way door. The process that followed removed the skunks humanely and should prevent a return. Unlike the earlier occurrence handled by another well-known Toronto wildlife service for a similar price, trenching and screening was far deeper and extended out from the room.

I am very happy with the work, service, and reliability. After discovering one afternoon that a mother skunk had made the underside of my detached garage into her den to raise 4 more, I called SWAT Wildlife. The booking person on the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable, she explained the process in detail including pricing scheme. We made an appointment for a technician to come the very next day between Noon and 2pm: suitably precise window to be able to rearrange the rest of my day. Randy arrived exactly on time at Noon. We assessed, he explained what he proposed to do, pricing was as explained the day before, no surprises. He was diligent, curteous, had a tricky place to work with and spared existing shrubs in the way. He did the work on the spot, showed me how it all worked and left the place cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company, and Randy.
