Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Two men arrived at the time promised and inspected an attic space but I assume the animal had already left the attic. The men installed the trap door just in case. I find one hour service very expensive.

Randy was amazing and he and his partner were successful at retrieving the Racoon from my chimney without issue (or injury to anyone lol). Install of chimney cap seemed to work as we had returning “guest” that evening. Very helpful at sealing base of chimney as well. Randy was very efficient and courteous and arrived within time frame given (even after an apologetic courtesy call to say they were running late which a lot of companies don’t do). His advice was very helpful. My apologies to Randy for being such a nervous Nellie and he deserves a 10 out of 10 for being so understanding and professional. Would highly recommend Swat Wildlife and I won’t hesitate to call if any future issues arise. Thanks to all Swat Wildlife team.

Randy came out the same day as we heard raccoons in our walls. He was pleasant and engaged. He ended up making a small hole in our drywall because there were babies and they would not have been able to relocate on their own. He relocated the babies outside the house in a sheltered box and allowed the mother to collect them later. He also proofed the outside so that animals would not be able to enter through a crack in front porch in the future.

The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend SWAT Wildlife to you.

Protection against racoons. Tech went on the roof end added metal cages. He then showed me pictures of the completed work.

Technician Randy came Feb 21 2020 to assess raccoon in attic . I had been hearing pitter-pattering for about a couple weeks ... at the time of SWAT visit , raccoon had left the attic. Randy found the opening in the soffit and placed a one-way door to prevent it from getting back in. he also secured another possible entry location with steel mesh. the raccoon has not been able to return to his den in my attic. Thanks Randy for your good work and for the courteous service.
