Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Great experience from the beginning. Patty called me back right away and I was booked in same week (being the busy season, I thought I would need to wait a few weeks). Randy was on time, very pleasant and very thorough. He looked at the area I thought squirrels were coming into the house (turned out to be a bird's nest only); he did a full inspection of the attic and other possible entry points, checked the roof vents. Everything was clean. Even though I didn't end up having critters in the attic, knowing I didn't have a problem is peace of mind.

If I have any concerns in the future, I will definitely call Swat Wildlife again and will also recommend them to my family, friends and neighbours.

From our initial call to Patty to our visit by Swat Wildlife technician Randy Scharfe we give them 5 stars. Randy took the time to explain to us what he planned to do and how to best avoid Raccoon issues in the future. A very thorough investigation!

Randy came out the very morning I called, and very quickly found place the raccoon was entering my garage, and after making sure the raccoon outside, sealed the hole with wire mesh. He was fast, friendly and my little “fur person”. has moved on.

Swat Wildlife came quickly and installed a one way door and fencing around a portion of the deck. Very happy with their work.

My concern was to have some raccoons there and I wanted to fix my roof, but it looks everything is fine now.

Brian came out, dug a trench to install appropriate wire mesh and covered back up with soil. He was terrific and explaining how we have this problem and assured me it wouldn’t continue. Excellent job!

I was hearing noises in my attic. SWAT Wildlife was referred to me by another pest control company.
Randy came and asked me to tell him about my problem first and then proceeded to do a walk around inspection of the house and then did an inspection of the roof and finally inside the attic. He explained the issue to me and let me know what he would do and the company's warranty. He completed the work, told me how long it would take before the issue would stop and told me if I had any issues in the warranty period to call them and they would come back to look at it.
Randy was very polite and friendly and fully explained everything to me.

Jonny was knowledgeable and quick to discover the problem. One way door and prevention was installed to avoid future problems. Finally will be able to get a proper sleep after dealing with the noise in my bedroom for quite some time. Thanks for your service!

I want to offer a huge thank you to Danny for your excellent work today helping us with a family of raccoons who were living in our chimney/kitchen ceiling. He installed a covering to ensure they won't return. As this happened during COVID, I also want to mention how professional Danny was. Had squirrels getting in under the roof line. Swat came by to do a full inspection (including searching for additional entry points and checking the attic) and install a one-way door. They identified other opportunities to deal with pest issues for our consideration and will be coming back to seal the hole (after removing the one-way door). Great service and advice. Would definitely recommend.
