Swat Wildlife and Insulation

A rat problem in my backyard under my deck.
Randy came and investigated the issue.
He could have confirmed that I actually had a problem but he was very honest and there aren't any nests underneath my deck. He could have suggested any number of solutions.
But he gave the option of installing traps or not.

Ryan placed a one way door at my garage entranceway in a timely manner. He checked all around my home for other entranceways. ( backyard, rooftop and deck) He was very polite and completed efficient work.

( YES I AM AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER !) I had a raccoon that was living in my roof and it caused some structural damage to the easedraugh and soffit. Originally I had called the animal removal team of Swat wildlife to remove the raccoon as well as a local roofer company to repair the structural damage to the roof afterwards. I was expecting a very expensive combined repair and removal process, but I was pleasantly surprised when Tony from Swat wildlife offered to fix the roof as well as remove the raccoon. I was able to save money, time, and headaches. Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. He repaired the roof professionally , protected the home from future raccoon infestation, and offered a very reasonable price for the work. This allowed me to cancel the roofer company and complete the job all in a day. I strongly recommend SWAT Wildlife as they are, in my assessment, reputable, honorable, helpful, and fast. Called SWAT WILDLIFE services on a Fri to check the animal noises in attic, and Tony came first thing Mon morning. He checked perimeter high and low and in attic. Tony was very thorough. I highly recommend him.
