Randy arrived on time, was really friendly and helpful, and explained clearly what he was going to do. The spot was in a bit of a tricky place (I'm in a row house with high ceilings, the squirrel nest was right at the very top), but he didn't seem to have any trouble and took special attention to not disturb the neighbour's property either.

I emailed Swat Wildlife about squirrels in my house yesterday. I got a call back within the hour with a really nice person who booked me for the next morning. Randy showed up and was very friendly and knowledgable and handled the issue in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

4 pups and mom successfully relocated from under my porch and neighbours soffit. Put in one way doors to allow safe exit and no re-entry and dug around my porch to install metal screen barrier to prevent re-entry there too. The babies are safe with mom somewhere else. Where? Dont care but I assume they have found an easier target. Great service. Professional. Prompt. Humane. Highly recommended.

The service man explain to me in detail what he will do and the warranty He come back couple times since the Racoon come back 2 times and get into the Attic in a nearby location. All under warranty and done right away.

I tried other Toronto pest services to deal with rat invaders. Wish Id come to Swat WildLife first. Randy was very helpful and had great communication. We live beside two parks and we have a lot of pigeons in the area. Some were nesting under our rooftop deck and a neighbour complained about it and threatened to call the city. We didnt want it to escalate so we called Swat Wildlife to take care of it. Randy was fair, understood the situation and only recommended what was actually needed. I really appreciated his empathy and honest advice. Thats how I like to conduct business and Ill happily refer Swat Wildlife to others.

They came next day and cleared some squirrels from my soffits. Quick and complete. Great work.

Reported small droppings in basement. Andy thoroughly inspected basement, ceilings, attic, and outdoors. Confirmed mice droppings. Installed bait stations and explained how they worked with 6-month guarantee if need to have return call. Andy was great! Highly recommend.
